Drunk driver crashes, heads straight to dealership to attempt to sell damaged automotive with lacking tire

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Police say they arrested a driver who was 3.5 occasions the authorized alcohol limit after at the very least 5 people referred to as 911.

Officers say the calls began coming in around 4:40 p.m. Monday.

They are saying witnesses reported seeing a SUV hit the median of the Lloyd Expressway close to the Main Road exit. They say the crash induced a flat tire and the automobile to smoke, but the driver saved going.

Different callers say the motive force was everywhere in the street and now lacking a entrance tire.

They are saying he finally stopped at a automotive dealership and appeared “tremendous drunk.”

Employees informed police the motive force, 30-year-old Jordon Mattingly, was trying to promote his SUV.
