Michigan election bureau says 2 main Republican candidates for governor filed fraudulent signatures, disqualifying them

LANSING, Mich. — Michigan’s elections bureau said late Monday that 5 Republican candidates for governor, together with two main contenders, did not file enough valid nominating signatures and should not qualify for the August primary.
