Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of eating Large Macs every single day

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum Information Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Large Mac streak started on Could 17, 1972.

“I’ve solely missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I count every Large Mac. I’ve counted every Massive Mac I’ve eaten my whole life,” Gorske stated.

Gorske eats two Huge Macs a day.

“All by means of life here, lots of people said, ‘You’ll be useless before you attain 50 years of eating Big Macs.’ I suppose I proved them wrong,” he stated.

His son shouldn't be stunned at his father’s persistence.

“We all the time went to McDonald’s with my dad and had comfortable meals. I all the time loved my hen nuggets, and my brother at all times liked his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s just an everyday life form of factor for us,” he stated.

Gorske’s son has extra of a diversified food plan.

“I used to eat rooster nuggets each day. I used to eat cheeseburgers every day, but eventually you just get sick of it. I don’t understand how he does it, but he actually does,” he stated.

Gorske says he'll continue eating Huge Macs with a Coca-Cola on the side till he dies.

“A whole lot of times folks will say, ‘You look like I’m consuming a Massive Mac for the primary time,’” Gorske stated. “I assume that’s how I feel sometimes. They’re that good to me, and there’s really nothing else I’d rather eat,” he mentioned.
