Uvalde faculty police chief recognized as commander who decided to not breach classroom

Texas Division of Public Safety Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave a detailed timeline of the mass capturing at Robb Elementary Faculty on Might 24 that left 19 youngsters and two teachers lifeless.

12:13 p.m.: The lady makes another 911 name.

12:15 p.m.: Border Patrol's tactical unit BorTac workforce arrives on scene.
