Texas Department of Public Security Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave an in depth timeline of the mass capturing at Robb Elementary School on Could 24 that left 19 youngsters and two teachers useless.

Listed below are the important thing moments he laid out (all times are in Central Normal Time):

11:27 a.m.: Video shows that an exterior door to Ross Elementary Faculty that gunman Salvador Ramos entered was propped open by a teacher.

11:28 a.m: Ramos crashes a vehicle close to the school right into a ditch, will get out and begins firing upon two individuals who came outside to see the crash close to a funeral home. Civilians should not struck by gunfire. The teacher runs to a room to get a phone, returns to the door, and the door remains open.

11:31 a.m.: The capturing suspect reaches the last row of automobiles within the faculty parking zone and capturing begins outside of the varsity. Patrol autos attain the funeral house, and a patrol automobile drives by shooter, who's hunkered down by one other automobile.

11:32 a.m.: The suspect fires at the college. 

11:33 a.m.: The suspect enters the school and begins capturing into a classroom. He shot more than 100 rounds.

11:35 a.m.: A complete of seven officers are on the scene, and three officers enter the varsity, later followed by an additional group of three extra officers and a sheriff. Two of the preliminary officers obtained grazing wounds from the suspect while the classroom door was closed.

11:37 a.m.: Sixteen rounds were fired from 11:37 a.m. to 11:44 a.m.

11:43 a.m.: Robb Elementary declares on Facebook that "Robb Elementary is beneath a Lockdown Status due to gunshots within the space."

11:51 a.m.: Extra officers arrive.

12:03 p.m.: As many as 19 officers are in the college's hallway. 

12:03 p.m.: A girl in room 112 of the college makes a 911 call.

12:10 p.m.: A 911 name is obtained from the same girl in room 112, reporting multiple people are lifeless.

12:13 p.m.: The lady makes another 911 name.

12:15 p.m.: Border Patrol's tactical unit BorTac staff arrives on scene.

12:16 p.m.: The same lady makes another 911 call, reporting there were “eight to 9 students alive."

12:17 p.m.: Robb Elementary proclaims on Facebook: "There may be an energetic shooter at Robb Elementary. Law enforcement is on site. Your cooperation is required right now by not visiting the campus. As quickly as extra data is gathered will probably be shared. The remainder of the district is underneath a Safe Status."

12:19 p.m.: A distinct 911 name is obtained from a caller in room 111, however the caller hung up after another scholar instructed them to.

12:21 p.m.: Suspect fires once more.

12:21 p.m.: One other 911 name is received, and three shots fired are heard.  

12:21 p.m.: Officers move down the hallway.
