BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A man was arrested Friday after a number of signs saying "school shooter" had been found in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Security announced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces multiple charges.

Hanson allegedly placed the indicators around the communities, the Department of Safety said, but they decided there isn't a credible threat presently.
The New Hampshire Division of Safety is investigating indicators that learn 'school shooter!' which were found in multiple communities New Hampshire Division of SafetyOne such signal was written on a paper plate. The safety division released a photo of the plate however blurred a part of it "to protect the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony cost of prison threatening and three misdemeanor charges together with false report to law enforcement, false public alarm and prison threatening. He is being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a listening to scheduled for Tuesday.
No other suspects have been charged right now.
