Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Near White House: Officers – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles have been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive into a concrete safety barrier near the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service said.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automobile about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The automotive slammed right into a concrete barrier and a phone pole at 17th Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials said.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled within the entrance across the street from a Secret Service guard put up, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There have been two juveniles within the automobile. Both have been taken to a hospital and are now in stable situation, officers stated. We don't know their actual ages.

They’re anticipated to face expenses.

D.C. police are investigating.
