Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Close to White Home: Officers – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen car into a concrete security barrier close to the White House, the U.S. Secret Service mentioned.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automotive about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automobile slammed into a concrete barrier and a phone pole at 17th Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers stated.

Video exhibits a silver sedan partly crumpled in the entrance across the street from a Secret Service guard submit, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There were two juveniles within the automobile. Both were taken to a hospital and at the moment are in secure situation, officers said. We do not know their exact ages.

They’re anticipated to face charges.
