  2. I am watching this for the first time May 15th 2020. I have been plagued by anxiety, stress, and negativity in my environment mostly all my life. as a child I was in a constant state of stress and fear which naturally spilled over into adulthood. it had affected my career and love life as I constantly self-sabotage any relationship where I feel someone just truly loves and cares about me and prefer to be in relationships that stress my nervous system. I'm watching this and it comes at the right moment. a year from now, I will come back and comment on what I've been doing to apply these principles.

    I watched a lot of Joe D a few years ago when I was lost in a state of constant panic and anxiety. I couldn't understand much. I've been through so many rabbitholes on the web, and now coming across this again, everything he says is familiar to what I've learned. Amazing.

  7. Legit cried at the 23min mark. My ADHD has always been an excuse to not further my career. It's been a crutch, an excuse, and it's held me back for too long.

  10. But what would I do to stay positive and not let classmates bully me every day in class? I was letting them control my thoughts and feeling, and they were pushing my buttons all the time, and I didn't know how to get out of it. I want to be positive, but this is so hard to do when I get cyberbullied. And all my classes are online for me, and most of the bullies are in my online courses. I sleep in the same room where I am taking all these online courses, so I feel anxious 24 hours every day. Sometimes, my anxiety stays at home when I leave the house, and I feel good sometimes when I leave the house and go to the gym until I come back home and my anxiety comes back to me. But I can't do that to solve my problem. I always think about the bullies because I started spreading misinformation several times when I felt that way, thinking it would make me feel better. This was the wrong thing to do. This was then when these bullies began bullying me. Before that, these bullies didn't even know me. Now they know me as the wrong person. But I am not a bad person. I centred on these bullies because we were not in any negative conflict last year, and then I started misinformation. This I can relate to is the example in this video when Joe Dispenza was talking about how if our colleagues, for example, are pushing our buttons every day at work by making us mad, we can't live in fear for too long. It is too dangerous. I have been living like that for the past year. I need help to get out. The video didn't give enough advice for this situation I am in. Suppose I am missing something helpful in the video to help me; please point out the time. I appreciate anyone's advice.
