Family of Abducted Girl Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Intercourse Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old lady from North Richland Hills is now house after being abducted by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airlines Center. But the family still seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not acting swiftly enough relating to the crime, which had the woman as part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone missing a complete of 11 days,” legal professional Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that way (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims against them for their negligence and other causes of motion.''

Fortenberry stated the teenager’s father knowledgeable police at the recreation when he realized she was lacking. But, in keeping with the lawyer, the father was advised to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police. 

Fortenberry claims NRH police mentioned they weren’t capable of assist as a result of the incident occurred in Dallas.
