The household of an 11-year-old woman who survived the massacre at Robb Elementary Faculty in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday says the 4th grader performed dead after the gunman entered her classroom.

Miah Cerrillo's aunt and godmother stated the 4th grader is struggling to cope and telling them what she witnessed through the taking pictures.

"Round midnight my sister-in-law called me and she or he was simply crying, like 'I think it simply hit Miah. I believe every part came to reality now,'" stated Blanca Rivera.

Rivera stated Miah's instructor, Irma Garcia, was one of the two academics killed. Her associates and classmates were also targeted.

Rivera mentioned that's when Miah went into survival mode.
